Scuba Gear Review: Oceanic Pro Plus 2

Here is a new scuba diving equipment review from one of our readers:

I have 30 dives on the Oceanic Pro Plus 2 and have found it's a great computer for a new diver like me.

I am 56 and love the large screen and easy setup. Wife just started diving and now I have to find another dive computer, as she has taken over the Pro Plus 2. Great computer for the Pro diver or someone just starting out.

The only con I have is that with a little bit of hearing loss I do not hear the alarms. Everyone else does but I don't.

All in all you can not go wrong with this computer.

Thanks for the review of the Oceanic Pro Plus dive computer. I am really glad it is working out for you. I am also one for a large screen as my eyes aren't what they used to be!

I use an ancient dive computer now but it still works fine so I haven't upgraded yet. But when I do get a new computer, it will also be one with a large screen. The things we have to take into account as we get older.

Thanks again for the equipment review. It is always good to get a variety of opinions on dive gear. We all appreciate it.
